The elevator service proved slow. I waited an average of five minutes. This delay became problematic given my schedule. Patience thinned. The noise insulation was insufficient. Sounds from neighboring rooms easily penetrated walls, disrupting sleep at times.

the room faced an inner courtyard so there wasn't much natural light. the bathroom was quite small and lacked counter space. the elevator was slow and sometimes crowded.

the front desk staff proved very helpful, especially with directions. breakfast included tasty pastries and fresh fruit , i appreciated the variety. housekeeping provided fresh towels daily and kept the room very clean. i found these touches quite charming.
the elevator service was occasionally slow , i sometimes waited several minutes for it to arrive.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were very flexible with all requests. The room provided sufficient space. The hotel accepted dogs and even provided a little dog bed with bowls.. a really thoughtful touch! The value for money was excellent.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could occasionally hear noises from neighboring rooms.
